 Occupancy: 8 persons maximum

 Children: up to 12 years free of charge

 Security Deposit: 700 $ (approx. 4 weeks will be refunded after the stay insofar House / inventory are undamaged)

 Payments :

 Deposit 30% upon receipt of invoice + Security Deposit

 Final payment: 70% + Final cleaning until 4 weeks before rental
